Good morning

So i kinda want to lose like i don't know 10 lb  but i don't know that i can cause of the way i'm built ....and i'm having a hard time eating in the morning cause i don't know what to eat and I'm just not hungry so ya if you have a tip or something about losing weight  that would be amazing ! please comment i really need this ... food wise
